Nine countries, one advisory board

The Africa Valuation Conference is more than an event. It is a strategic platform for elevating professional standards, setting benchmarks of excellence across the continent, igniting meaningful collaborations, and building the commercial networks that shape Africa’s valuation and built-environment future.

AVC is a continental platform convened by the Academy of Construction and Real Estate (ACRE), and shaped through the collaboration of 16 organisations across 13 countries, bringing together diverse perspectives, expertise and networks to the Conference.

Its strategic direction is informed by an Advisory Board representing East, West and Southern Africa, coordinated by regulators, industry associations, business and practitioners who show up to unlock relationships that strengthen Africa’s valuation and profession.
